The Registrant is hereby furnishing the following information under Regulation FD:
On May 18, 2020, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared monthly cash dividends for its 11% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (“Series A Preferred Stock”) for June through August 2020.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
