The Registrant is filing this Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A to amend the Registrant’s Form 8-K, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 11, 2022 (the “Original Report”), to correct a typographic error in its Press Release initially issued on March 11, 2022.

The Registrant is hereby furnishing the following information under Regulation FD:
On March 11, 2022, the Registrant issued an amended press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared monthly cash dividends for its 11% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (“Series A Preferred Stock”) and its 8.75% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (“Series B Preferred Stock”) for March, April and May, 2022.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1a and incorporated herein by reference.
