Luis San Miguel Has Joined CareCloud as Chief Financial Officer

MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/26/10 -- CareCloud today announced that Luis San Miguel has joined CareCloud as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, reporting to CareCloud's CEO, Albert Santalo. San Miguel is formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Prestige Cruise Holdings, parent company of Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises whose controlling shareholder is Apollo Management LP. Prior to Prestige, San Miguel was CFO of Yupi Internet, an Internet portal company sold to a Microsoft/Telmex joint venture in 2001. Previously, he was CFO of Answerthink Consulting Group (now The Hackett Group), where he led the firm's Initial Public Offering.
